The activities of the Working Group “Sustainable energy supply and resource management” serve to implement the Thuringian Innovation Strategy in this particular field of innovation.
The Working Group “Sustainable energy supply and resource management” held its constituent assembly on December 9th, 2014, and currently comprises a total of 22 appointed members from the business sector (e.g. solar, consulting, storage technologies), the scientific community (Technical University of Ilmenau, Friedrich Schiller University Jena, Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences, Bauhaus-Universität Weimar, Fraunhofer Institute) as well as various intermediaries (e.g. Thüringer Energie- und GreenTech-Agentur (ThEGA, Thuringian Energy and Greentech Agency), Thüringer Erneuerbare Energien Netzwerk (ThEEN, Thuringian Network for Renewable Energies)).
